Foster Yeoman acquisition

In 2006, Foster Yeoman Ltd was acquired by Aggregate Industries. The acquisition included 2 rock quarries, with a combined annual output in excess of 11 million tonnes per annum, 8 asphalt depots, an extensive shipping, barge and rail haulage fleet, and a Contracting business.

Newly formed Yeoman Asphalt now operates in South East and South Central England, supplying a range of asphalt products to both in-house and external surfacing companies.
